CONSTELLATIONS: A ONE WOMAN SHOW
Stephannie Yapco
Exhibit runs Aug. 8 to 26, 2022
For her first ever solo exhibition, Stephannie Yapco takes viewers into a mystical and cosmic journey unlike any that artists before her — or even the James Webb Space Telescope for that matter — can conjure. Premiere art institution Gallery Genesis presents Stephannie’s most recent works in “Constellations: A One Woman Show”. The pieces display the artist’s potential, which is as vast as the cosmos surrounding her. Stephannie’s art utilizes mainly bright colors that she says embodies her when envisioning the painting before and throughout the process.
Past Exhibitions

MAOGMANG LUGAR
Romualdo Perez | Bryan Ramos | Dario Encinas
In their interpretation of these faces and places, three highly-regarded Bicol-based artists seek to show the magic in these imageries when transported onto the canvas. Maogmang Lugar — which translates to happy place in Bikolano —features the latest works of three talented artists who all transform the ordinary into something spectacular.

AN ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
Lazaro 'Aro' Soriano
As one of the first artists to be handled exclusively by Gallery Genesis, Soriano drew from Filipino folk themes and brought them to life. Unafraid of using bright colors and mixing elements, he took on the task of turning into imagery famous riddles that will leave even the wisest amused, confused, or sometimes even dumbfounded.

STONES AND DRIFTWOODS
Various Artists
In its upcoming show, Stones and Driftwoods, Gallery Genesis provides us with a collection of fantastic watercolor works by Filipino artists that dig into the very essence of our questions. This exhibition present differing subjects that give viewers an appreciation of the world we live in, giving us timeless pictures of well-loved city and provincial scenes in almost dream-like states.
